Terms and Conditions
Standard terms and conditions for
Weddings, Functions, Corporate Events or Individual Bookings
1. Confirmations
Bookings will be treated as provisional until the deposit is received and the confirmation/receipt slip is returned by TE - 20, this is normally within 7 days of the deposit being received. Confirmations will only be valid when the venue has supplied a contact name.
2. Cancellations
TE - 20 have always believed in making things easy for our clients. We believe once we confirm our booking we will honour that comittment. We are happy to hold your date up to 18 months in advance . Should you cancel the booking within 14 days from the planned date , a charge of 50% of the fee (less initial deposit) will apply.
3. Deposits
Weddings, Corporate Events/Functions or Private Parties will require a deposit of 20% (non-refundable) within 14 days of booking.
4. Special Requirements
Any details of special requirements, times, equipment etc. must be specified at the time of booking and detailed on the confirmation slip, errors or omissions must be notified to TE - 20 within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.
5. Copyright
It is expressly forbidden to make any recordings (Audio & Video or Digital Imaging) of TE - 20 without their prior consent.
